Here’s my list of 5 universities that you can apply to if you want to study any specialization of computer science in Germany. Remember, there is a high likelihood that these universities demand high scores in your previous graduation ie. if you want to study Bachelor’s here you need a sehr gut (90 – 100%) or gut (80 – 90%) score in your high school and if you want to pursue master then you must have a high score in your bachelor.
It doesn’t mean you cannot apply if do not have this score in your previous graduation but make sure you ensure the score they need for the course you’re applying to. Needless to mention, your score in the English examination (IELTS or TOEFL) and the field-related examinations (GRE, GMAT, etc.) must also be high.
- Technical University of Munich (TUM)
- RWTH Aachen
- Technical University of Berlin (TUB)
- Karlsruhe Institure of Technology (KIT)
- Technical University of Kaiserslautern (TUK)
Before you select any university to send your application, make sure you know what you want to study. Then check the university’s website and see what they have to offer you and does it match with what you wish to study. Also check for requirements like statement of purpose, letter of recommendation, degrees, etc. that need to be fulfilled on your part as an applicant. In case of any language course requisites or technical requisites, make sure your doubts are clarified and you have those requisites complete before you send your application. In case of doubts, write an email or call the responsible person or team. Once you are sure you want to apply to this university, wait for their response. Universities usually have a schedule and a deadline for their response. If you did not receive any response, write an email or call the responsible person or team.
Wish you success and luck!
