Proud to be born as a 'GIRL CHILD‘ to her parents and cater to their every minor need.
”I take it as a responsibility to support my relatives when they needed me. I am happy to create a difference to the common thought process that still persists in our Indian culture that only a ‘Son’ is capable of taking responsibility for the house and earning more. I feel overwhelmed to declare that I earn no less than a man and am capable enough of paying my bills, owning my own personal space, and supporting my parents.”’
Coming from a middle-class family with an annual family income of 1,00,000 INR was not an ideal situation for her to dream about getting a foreign degree as a teenager. But that dream did come true, in 2016, she flew to Frankfurt for starting the MSc program at TU Kaiserslautern.
”It is a history now, of how the initial fund was arranged and got me here. The situation that brought me here is no more important now because I see that as a possibility that I created for myself out of what life has thrown at me.”

”Starting a career at John Deere has opened many possibilities for me. Last three and half years, I had the chance to collaborate with many best talents of our organization across the globe. One of the biggest and most memorable moments was the first business trip to the UK with our top leaders and being the only female engineer to be a part of it.”
She has been the speaker at a session called ‘Introduction to ML‘ addressing a group of more than 100+ people in the organization. The SWE platform has created a huge impact in her life and offered the possibilities to drive DEI initiatives within the organization.
”Whenever I feel demotivated or burned out, that photo of me as the only female engineer standing with the other ten male leaders strengthens my willpower again to continue…”
She represents the Society of Women Engineers, Germany (SWE Germany) by John Deere as an International Advocate for the last three years. ”This is the best platform for me to advocate STEM values and connect with many strong, successful women engineers across the globe. The different conferences from SWE opened Networking possibilities with women talents from other organizations.”
She is now pursuing a Ph.D. at John Deere. ”It was not an easy decision to make as I will be still working as a full-time employee, and the Ph.D. is like a second job. But in my life, I have always challenged myself and chosen the difficult path. What drives me every day is the belief that every single day we have the opportunity to create an impact.”😊
