5 steps for – How not be an Overthinker!

1. Don’t Overthink. Let things happen. Good or bad, quick or slow, in your favour or not. Let things be. Take it easy on you and your strengths. You ain’t a Greek God.

2. You can’t control everything. Remember this and stick to it. Things happen for a reason. You meet people, get close to them, then you go your ways, never get to talk to them. It’s ok. This is life.

3. Life isn’t fair. Neither to you, nor to me or anyone else on this Earth. We all have to deal with things, people and pain they both cause us. It is fine. We can heal ourselves.

4. Take time. Time is the best healer. Learn to see the positive and the negative. More of positive will keep you going and take you places. Tiny pinch of negative is necessary to learn life lessons.

5. Learn to be happy. Life has tremendous potential for you and me. It’s got the beauty of a flower with some thorns. They belong together. There’s nothing that comes easy, as what is the fun in getting easy things. We’re the powerful owners of our lives. But of course, not always. Remember!

Don’t Overthink. Let things go as life has its own way of treating you with time all you gotta do is try to look for your happiness ❤️😊😘
